1. Introduction

Wizdo (“we”, “us”, or “our”) values your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect personal information when you use our web platform, voice sparring features, telephony morning standups, and integrated services (collectively, the “Service”).

2. Information We Collect

We collect information in the following categories:

  • Account Data: Your name, email address, authentication credentials, and subscription status.
  • Task & Prioritization Data: Ivy Lee tasks, notes, categories (professional vs. personal), completion statuses, and generated deliverables.
  • Voice & Sparring Audio: Real-time audio streams processed during interactive voice sessions to generate transcripts and action items. Audio streams are processed in transient memory and are not permanently retained or shared.
  • Third-Party OAuth Data (Google Workspace): When you explicitly connect your Google account, we access:
    • calendar.events: Event titles, start/end times, and calendar metadata required to schedule task timeblocks.
    • gmail.compose: Ability to create drafts and compose outgoing emails requested during strategy sessions.
    • userinfo.email & userinfo.profile: Basic identity verification.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information collected solely to provide and enhance the Service:

  • To maintain your Ivy Lee board and ensure continuity across your sessions.
  • To synthesize strategy briefs, daily recaps, and downloadable deliverables (PDF, CSV, Markdown).
  • To place your automated morning phone standup kickoffs if configured.
  • To block focused calendar slots on your Google Calendar corresponding to your daily top-priority commitments.
  • To compose requested email drafts on your behalf in Gmail upon your explicit command.

4. Google API Services User Data Policy & Limited Use Disclosure

Wizdo's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Specifically regarding your Google data:

  • We only request scopes necessary to provide user-facing features (timeblocking calendar events and drafting email deliverables).
  • We do not sell your Google user data to third parties.
  • We do not use or transfer Google user data for serving advertisements, including personalized, retargeted, or interest-based advertising.
  • We do not use Google user data to train or fine-tune generalized artificial intelligence (AI) or machine learning (ML) models.
  • Human access to user data is strictly prohibited unless you provide explicit consent to investigate a specific technical support issue or where required by law.

5. Data Storage and Security

We implement industry-standard administrative, physical, and technical controls to safeguard your personal data:

  • All database records are protected by strict PostgreSQL Row-Level Security (RLS), ensuring only the authenticated user can access their data.
  • All communications in transit are encrypted using Transport Layer Security (TLS 1.3).
  • Google OAuth tokens (access and refresh tokens) are encrypted at rest.
  • Payment details are handled directly by Stripe and are never stored on our servers.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your personal data for as long as your account remains active or as needed to provide you with the Service. You have the right to request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting support@wizdo.co. Upon confirmation, all tasks, user dossiers, and stored authentication tokens will be permanently purged within 30 days.

7. Revoking Third-Party (Google) Access

You can disconnect Wizdo from your Google account at any time via:

Revoking access immediately terminates our ability to read calendar availability, create timeblocks, or compose drafts in Gmail.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect enhancements to our features or regulatory changes. We will notify you of material changes by updating the “Last Updated” date at the top of this document.
